You can now receive custom notifications via email or text regarding local river level heights. 

Step 1: You must have a login.gov account

Step 2: Sign-in to USGS WaterAlerts service using your login.gov account

Step 3: Add cell phone to WaterAlerts “My Information” for text updates

Step 4: Create new WaterAlerts for the river points of your choosing

Preset Alert Points (Once you have an account and are logged in)

• Evansville River Level Alerts
• Newburgh Lock & Dam Level Alerts
• J.T.Myers / Uniontown Lock & Dam Level Alerts
